U Value Insulation Group is proud to announce that we are a key supplier for Tranquillity House from the Julian Benson CF Foundation.

A beautiful 160 year old Georgian house in Rathgar, Dublin 6, Tranquillity House will be Ireland’s first ‘Home away from Home’ for those suffering from Cystic Fibrosis, providing free accommodation for patients and their families as they undergo treatment.

And it’s renovated and designed by one of Ireland’s most acclaimed and best-loved architects, Dermot Bannon.

The refurbishment will take place over 10 days, and feature on a two-part special charity edition of RTÉ’s, Room to Improve, later in the year

Tranquility House will consist of four separate 2 bed apartment suites; each fully equipped with kitchen, dining, and living spaces plus two bedrooms. The house’s tranquil, outdoor garden space has been designed by award-winning landscape architect, Peter Donegan.

Earlier this year, building companies, suppliers and tradesmen were asked to donate their time and materials to the accommodation project being carried out by the Cystic Fibrosis foundation set up by Julian Benson.
