Job Specification:

U Value is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking to add a Customer Service / Administrator to strengthen the Irish Sales team. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our company and support our customers through the service team. As Customer Service / Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience positively influencing customer success within a company.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Intact software desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Experience in the construction and/or building materials sector is beneficial.
• Adaptable, self-driven & team oriented.
• Must be confident, resilient and target driven.

Key responsibilities:                                                                                   
• Maintain and build existing customer relationships through effective communication.
• Day to day administrative duties including order processing.
• Contribute to the operational SLA/KPI’s striving for a best-in-class Service experience.
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider team, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
• Follow order processes and systems diligently to meet customer demands, communicating with customers along the way.
• Effectively handle and resolve any customer complaints ensuring a positive resolution for our customers.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, operations and transport to ensure timely delivery of products and services to our customers.
• Receive and manage customer calls & email queries effectively.
• Support the Sales department with Stock and Pricing.
