2. What we collect

Enquiries you send through our website forms are recorded in our customer relationship system (Freshworks CRM) so our sales team can follow up. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam, which means Google receives information about your device and how you use the page.
4. Finance applications
If you apply for credit or finance, your data may be shared with Close Brothers Finance, our finance partner. They may:
- Conduct credit checks and use automated decision-making tools
- Share information with third-party credit reference agencies
- Store details of your application and agreement for up to 6 years

5. Data sharing and security
We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers or finance partners when necessary to deliver our services, such as our website and hosting provider, delivery partners, Freshworks (our CRM and live chat), Google (reCAPTCHA, and with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads). Your data is stored securely, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on safeguards approved under EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Marketing
We may contact you with information about products or services relevant to your interests. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in our communications or by contacting us directly.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only use necessary cookies by default. Analytics and marketing cookies, including our live chat, are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the cookie button in the bottom corner of the page.
